LIVE!: THERE’S A PARTY IN MY CITY! to play to enthusiastic fans on a 60-city tour across North America. Today’s hottest live show for families will make stops at top theaters, arenas and amphitheaters throughout North America, starting August 27 in Bethel, NY and ending in Dallas, TX on December 12. YO GABBA GABBA! LIVE!: THERE’S A PARTY IN MY CITY! is produced by S2BN Entertainment in association with Wildbrain Entertainment and The Magic Store!

Meet the cast of characters:


DJ Lance Rock is a magician-musician. He brings a mysterious boom-box that carefully protects his special toy creatures. He breathes life into his toys with the magical words, “Yo Gabba Gabba!.” He loves to interact with his friends from above and sometimes beams in to teach everybody a DJ Lance-dance.






Brobee, the little one green, is sometime reluctant to try new things. Music makes Brobee happy and helps give him the confidence to smile, dance and wave his long arms in the air. He loves balloons.







Foofa, the pink flower bubble is a giggly, happy girl that loves flowers and all things cute and cuddly. She loves to dance and dream about unicorns. She is very sensitive to the needs of her friends and others in Gabbaland





Plex is the yellow robot of many wonders and magical powers. He is always there to provide music to sing and dance to. He teaches lessons, and beams guests into Yo Gabba Gabba land. Like a good big brother, he usually knows how to solve problems.







Muno is a tall and friendly red cyclops. He likes watching bugs and eating noodles. He is eager to please and make friends. With all his energy he sometimes can make a clumsy mistake but does his best to make up for whatever problems he may have caused.






Toodee, the blue cat dragon, likes to have fun. She is funny, smart and athletic with a tendency to make mischief. Toodee likes ice skating, running around in circles and trying new things. She has a bold personality and loves giving high-fives to her friends.




The state-of-the-art production features music, singing, dancing and animation. The show is an interactive experience that offers audience members of all ages the opportunity to witness their favorite characters come to life. Joining the characters on stage will be hip-hop legend Biz Markie to teach kids how to beat box with “Biz’s Beat of the Day.” Special guests will join the party on stage for the Super Music Friends Show and Dancey Dance segments.

Thanks to the generous folks at the Providence Performing Arts Center in Providence, RI (we call it the P-PAC around here), we are getting four tickets to the performance on Tuesday 09/28/10! I haven't told my boys that we are going yet....in large part because they will ask me numerous times per day from now until then as to when we are going. They are going to be beside themselves with excitement, though! Especially my little one who loves to sing along with the songs on the show.
